I built Kaizen because I was the person who quit everything after 3 days.
Depression, ADHD, and countless failed attempts at "fixing" myself - every productivity system made me feel more broken.
They demanded perfection I couldn't give.
Kaizen (改善) is a Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement through tiny, sustainable steps - the same approach Toyota used to become the world's most efficient manufacturer.
I adapted this for personal productivity:
Instead of "wake up at 5am" → "wake up 5 minutes earlier”
Instead of "never procrastinate" → "one important task first"
This 1% daily improvement approach helped me grow my YouTube channel to 1.4M subscribers, learn 4 languages, and build a business that let me retire my parents. But more importantly, it rebuilt my self-trust.
